Supporting vulnerable people that are struggling to afford the essentials
We all need some food to survive, but some people struggle through their life so difficultly that they can’t afford to buy food essentials.
The North Bristol & South Gloucester Foodbank (NBSG FOODBANK) help vulnerable people out by collecting food that is donated by us people who are not struggling in life so much that we’re considered vulnerable. The items that you donate will go to the most vulnerable people in the local community that are struggling to afford the essentials.
Visit their website if you’d like to find out about the work of North Bristol & South Gloucestershire Foodbank at:
If you’ve got any spares such as: shampoo, toothpaste, sugar, sponge puddings, peanut butter, veggie meals, washing up liquid, tinned spaghetti, jam, tinned vegetables – please donate them at your local food bank. You’ll also be doing your bit for the environment, because products that are thrown away or unused are polluting for no good reason at all.
NBSG Foodbank will be grateful whatever food essentials you can donate and thank you for your support.
