Feeling obliged to do something isn’t okay, feeling comfortable, able and filled with joy to do something is okay.
To help you do things that you feel very happy with and to be a part of, you should be with people that help you to find an experience or experiences that give you healing because you should have a feeling of solidarity.
Having a feeling of solidarity means you guys have unity or an agreement of feeling or action(s), especially if you guys have a common interest and there is mutual support within the group.
If you start each day thinking about what your limits are to do things, what you feel comfortable with – so what your boundaries are, plus what you need in your life each day or in the long term, write them down, so you can refer to them which will help you to be who you want to be in every situation you’ve let yourself be in.
If you don’t feel comfortable with a person’s actions and their attitude, because they are preventing you from having your needs met while you stick to your limits and boundaries, walk away.
So long as you set out, know and feel your: limits, boundaries and needs you’ll be happy in every moment of your life.
