Who is this Sassy Sophie chick?

Sophie is a ‘good times’ girl who is known as Sassy Sophie because she knows what makes a good night out and she knows how to throw awesome house parties. When she was a child her birthday parties were always lots fun to go to. They’d play games like ‘The Egg-and-Spoon-race’, Tag, and a Sack Race. The sacks were from Sophie’s mum buying big bags / sacks of potatoes.
