Who is this Penny girl and what is she all about?

Penny is a good times girl, who always likes to have a plan about how to help others and herself enjoy life.
As the saying says, ‘Pennies make pounds.’ That is why her mum called her Penny. Because she wanted her to go from rags to riches. Rich in terms of having an exciting and fun life. If she had lots of pounds of that would be great too, but having a life full of rich & fun times is far more ideal – don’t you think?
