One of the things I’m particularly proud of myself for is that I never fail to put a smile on people’s faces. No matter how down in the dumps a friend of mine or a random person I meet at the veg isle at the supermarket might be, I can always think of something funny to say about a situation. Whether it’s about something similar that happened to me in the past and how I managed to laugh my way out of it, or about how to put themselves in the present moment and do something they enjoy that’ll take their mind off whatever it is that is making them feel down in the dumps.
