Please trust me these 3 TV shows will make you feel very happy while you watch them.
Chesapeake Shores
This is about a lovely lady who is divorced mother of 2 kids – she is confronted with memories of her troubled past when she visits her hometown in Chesapeake Shores to help her sister renovate their ancestral shores.
The story is very well told by fab actors and they’re all externally beautiful. Especially male actor Jesse Metcalfe.
Sure, I watched it because it is a fantastic story, but I also loved having a perv on Jesse Metcalfe – he is soooo my type of man who I wish I could kiss & hang out with. Plus, he’s a brilliant actor.
Thank you, Next
This is the name of a show that very much reminds me of TV show Sex & the city.
It isn’t a “Thank you Chesapeake Shores, Next... show please”.
It’s about a woman who has a painful breakup with a man, and she’s now on a mission to find a new boyfriend (who knows if he’ll be ‘the one’ = her soul mate who she’ll marry?)
In the confusing world of modern dating - her friends help her out = they give their much-needed opinion(s) on most of the men she dates.
How handy is that? Friends only want what is best for you, so their opinion on a man you want to date should be taken with more than just a pinch of salt.
Younger
This is a comedy-drama about a woman who is in her 40s and she must lie at a job interview by saying she is 26. She did this because the 2 girls who were interviewing her were rather young and they said not great things about older women. Her job is in the world of publishing books, which she loves doing, but she’d love the book she has written to be published by the publishing company she works for. You’ll watch her on a journey about her love life, and her ambition to be a successful author.
I was a tiny bit addicted to watching younger when I discovered it on Netflix. Sure the title of this show got me to watch it – because all of us want to look and be a little bit younger – don’t you think? But as soon as I started watching it, I loved it and I really cared for the woman in it whose journey of being a divorced mum in her 40s is quite an interesting and fun journey to find herself happiness in her life.
