Do whatever makes you feel good as much as possible (so long as it’s legal feel-good thing or things).
To help you know what makes you feel good – keep a notepad with you & if something has put a smile on your face = you’ve laughed your head off & or you’ve felt like an excellent person because of it – write down the thing that it was that happened to you. Plus, write down who was with you when you were buzzing on happy vibes.
E.g.
I start every day off by listening to & having a boogie to songs and / or clubbing tunes on my Alexa (the music machine thing that plays whatever you ask her to play - what a great invention, don’t you think?) This is because music never fails to make me feel very happy.
A few times a month my friends and will get together at mine for a dinner party that I am the cook for, (how very grown-up of us). Cooking tasty meals for my friends and I always puts a smile on my face. This is because I really enjoy making tasty food and I’m aware that I’m a good cook. I.e. I used to be the Head Chef at an old people’s home. Nothing made me happier than cooking meals for the residents there. They all had a smile on their face because I’d cooked whatever most of them had requested I cook for them.
Plus, I put music on the stereo while they ate their meals and I’d sing & dance for the residents, so they had entertainment while they ate tasty meals I’d cooked for them.
Spending time with my mum as often as I can makes me feel full of the joys of life. She is the only member of my family, so we are best friends as well as being mother and daughter. Plus, she is a retired nurse, so if any of my friends aren’t feeling well, they’ll go to see their doctor to get the medication they need, and they’ll also come to see my mum, to ask her if they are looking after their health as well as they should. Plus, my mum is a very good laugh, so my friends enjoy coming to see my mum and I = this means they’ll laugh their heads off at things my mum and I chat about.
Do whatever brings you joy and makes you look forward to waking up after a good night’s sleep, so you can go & experience whatever it is.
