What did we used to do when we heard a brilliant song / piece of music that we couldn’t find out the name of? Feel gutted is my memory of this.
I don’t know about you, but that used to really bother me. If I’m loving a song or clubbing tune that I really want to listen to – so I can have a boogie to it again & feel very chuffed about that moment – but I can’t find out what the name of it is. Or if I found it or them out, I’d quite possibly forget it / them.
That is not a first world problem anymore, because of several awesome music technology inventions that tell us what we want and possibly need to know.
There are several music options:
· Shazam
· YouTube
· Spotify (this is used the most out of all music options)
· Apple music
· Alexa – what I did before I owned an Alexa, I have no idea.
· Deezer
· Soundcloud
· Bandcamp
‘Shazam’ = I have thousands of awesome music tunes on my Shazam and I’m going to buy all of them on vinyl (I’m a DJ), buy on CD for me to have a boogie around my house to the music once again. Or listen to them on my Alexa.
I don’t know about you, but listening and having a boogie to my favourite music always puts a smile on my face. I hope it has the same effect on you too.
Just in case you’re someone who isn’t into having a listen or boogie to music, perhaps you’ve got some family or friends who love music – tell them these awesome: discovering & listening to music tools a mention to them. Please trust me they’ll thank you for your recommendation(s).
