I felt my life was empty & unfulfilling until I started up this website = to start & build an online community + to write blogs + books. Chatterbox here loves to share happy thoughts, feelings & experiences to put a smile on other’s face or help someone (you) get through difficult things is one’s (your) life.


Anxiety & being not sure whether one has got what it takes to achieve one’s lifetime dreams e.g. to become a ??? (add your career or personal want of choice here: e.g. to travel the world, or to start a family).


Feeling anxious is a common tale, yet uniquely personal as each of us battles our own silent storms in one’s mind.

To help you get rid of feeling anxious, you must acknowledge that your mental health is as vital as your physical health = being healthy & feeling happy / content as well as being fit & free from illness.


Mental health is the foundation on which everything else rests.
