Blog: 231 Visualize yourself into happiness

Visualization = daydreaming with a purpose. If you’re anything like me – you want to feel happy all the time. Hence why I love watching Romantic Comedies (films). They put a smile on my face.

To help you let go of everything that is dragging you and your mood down, use visualization. It’s one of the most popular & effective ways to navigate one’s mind towards you doing: you feel happy mind workouts. This is you telling and training your brain to give you a break from everything upsetting and stressful in your life.

As well as having an idea (picture in your mind) of what you could be, a vision is an appeal to your mind, for you to have a ‘get up and go’ shout out to yourself to feel good and happy all the time.

Your: ‘you feeling good self’ will set your mind into a state where you are achieving your life’s goal(s). To do this: make yourself a Vision Board and look at your face on it every day = every morning and before you go to bed.

Have gratitude for your goals that are starting to be part of your life. Do this by using your Vision Board at the start and end of every day. Tell yourself what you’ve done with your day and tell yourself what you are proud of that you’ve achieved. Plus say, “come on: you can ‘get up n’ go’ enter your name here!” This should give you inspiration and guidance towards achieving and living your life dream(s).

Also put a bit of paper with feel good statements on – somewhere very close to your Vision Board. They should say these things:

·      Add a statement that excites you about your future (that you are going to make happen).

·      Write down some clear goals (that will help you measure your progress. = This will boost your motivation).

·      Write: ‘I can achieve what I want to achieve because I am a ‘go getter’ plus a very decent person – who deserves to have the best things in my life.

·      Say (no big ego(s) here please) “I love myself = who I am, and all the causes I support deserve: my love & everyone else(s)”.
