Blog: 230 It's getting hot in here...

Is it exceptionally hot where you are at the mo?

If you can have a listen to the song called: 'Hot n Here' by Nelly to really feel what I am talking about in this blog post.

The sun is shining where I live which is great for a couple of reasons and not great for 2 reasons....

1)....It's great for getting a suntan = feeling happy because a tan makes me look prettier (well I think so).

2) And because all of us get vitamin D from having sun rays on our body. Vitamin D helps one to feel happy. Feel good vibes are always welcome in my head - do you love to feel happy and vibrant when you've been in the sunshine?

Sun shining so much is not great because I'm sweating my tits off.

1) My face has sweat pouring out of it. I can't have my head anywhere near my mobile phone while I'm looking at it to message my friends, or my sweat drips on it. Water AKA sweat at the mo could break my mobile - so nada' good. Also, I'm bored of having to wash my hair so often.

2) I don't know about you - but I just cannot get to sleep when I'm boiling hot in my bed. For the last few nights, I've tried to sleep in every room in my house. I even stripped off my pjs and lay naked in my bath with cold water coming out of the cold tap onto my feet. Tonight I shall try to get at least a couple of hours sleep by taking a sleeping tablet. In 2 days I've managed to get 4 hours sleep - that's not great for one's soul hey!

My house is like a sauna and outside is just as hot. I even went and sat in my garden wearing just my bra and pants last night - but I still sweat my tits off. I don't know about you, but I think my brain doesn't know what to do when it's hot here in England. It probably doesn't know what to do, because it is used to being rather cold and needing a hot water bottle to get to sleep.

I am pleased it's sunny, but I wish there was a cold breeze and a spot of cold rain at the same time - to make it more bearable.

Feel free to message me on here to share how you feel about having extremely hot weather where you are. If you don't have the sun shining where you are please feel happy about it. Because you are probably getting the recommended amount of sleep.
